Project: 7" Romana II

This was my fist attempt at a 7” McFarlane Scale figure. It turned out well, but it has no articulation.

This figure also represents a time when I was making custom packaging for the figures. This cardback is based upon the vintage Star Wars cardback. Star Wars card back templates are available at http://www.ffurg.com/packaging/template_vault.htm. This particular card did not print well due to my use of cheap glossy photo paper. The ink did not stick very well. As a result, much of the black has scratched and rubbed off. I have not had this problem with higher quality photo papers.

This figure itself was not altered. I simply sculpted the uniform, hair extensions and hat from Super Sculpey. As a result, the figure has no articulation.

The drawing is simply a scale printout of a picture I found on the net.

This figure is a good “pretty” but you can’t play with it very much.
